Makes 12 muffins
1.5 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 med. ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp. light olive oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. wheat germ
mix dry, mix wet, combine. fold in walnuts and wheat germ
Bake at 350 degrees for 22 minutes
