Blueberry Yogurt Pancakes

1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1 c. plain whole yogurt
1/4 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp. extra light olive oil
1/2 c. milk (soy or whole)

blend berries and yogurt in blender (or leave berries whole if you like)
mix dry, add egg, yogurt/berries, oil and milk, mix well
fry in butter or extra light olive oil
