3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
3 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. light olive oil
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2.5 c. oats
1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 - 3/4 c. choc. chips (according to preference)
mix liquid and sugars, add dry ingredients, add water if too thick
drop and press on cookie sheet, 350 degrees for 9 minutes
