1 egg
2.5 c. whole or soy milk
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. honey
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. light olive oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 oats
1 apple peeled and shredded
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. wheat germ
1/4 c. bran
handful ground chia or flax seeds - optional
mix milk, egg, sugar, honey, oil and vanilla. add rest. refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight and fry (either just lightly grease with EVOO oil spray or in butter)
