< 1/2 c. sugar
< 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. all natural peanut butter
1/4 c. oil (i.e. light olive oil)
1/4 c. earth balance buttery spread
1 egg
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. wheat germ
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
mix first 6 ingredients, mix the rest and then add.
375 degrees, 10-12 minutes
