Vegetarian Chopped Liver
1 sleeve Ritz (type) crackers (Target brand has no hydrogenated fat)
1 c. walnuts
3 hard boiled eggs
2-3 onions - sauté in olive oil until light brown
1 15 oz. can drained peas
1 15 oz. can drained string beans
Sauté onions in 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil. Place all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
This is so good even toddlers love it.
