Mini Green Egg "Pancake"

1 handful of fresh or frozen spinach (has vitamin K which helps digest fat)
Eggs
Feta cheese
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese

Blend spinach and eggs in blender. Stir in some feta cheese.
Pour into mini frying pan. it should puff up like a little pancake. Flip.
Grate parmesan cheese on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Loaded Peanut Butter Sandwich

Spread peanut butter (or almond butter, cashew butter or sunflower butter)
on whole wheat bread. Cover with honey roasted peanuts. Close.

Chicken Soup

Boil: Chicken on the bone (remove skin only when soup is done)
Alternative: use boneless chicken thighs

Add:
Carrots
Celery
Onion
Turnip (and parsnip)
Zucchini
Fresh dill and parsley
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Simmer for a few hours. Remove skin and bones. Cut up chicken in the soup.
Serve over quinoa or brown rice
