Avocado Spread
mashed avocado mayo salsa a little lemon juice mashed tofu (protein) optional
mash and stir with a spoon or fork, no blender necessary

I cannot wait to try some of these recipes--especially the salmon recipes. Thanks so much for sharing!!!
I also make a cream sauce, mix it with whole wheat pasta and peas and add salmon to it. My kids really eat salmon. I think it's so cool.
