Salmon Burgers
1 can (15 oz.) wild salmon with skin and bones
1/4 c. panko
1 egg
garlic powder
salt and pepper
EVOO
mash salmon really well. mix in all other ingredients and form into patties. fry lightly in EVOO until brown and crispy on bottom.
