Salmon Burgers

1 can (15 oz.) wild salmon
1/4 c. whole wheat panko crumbs
1 egg
garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 tsp mustard
Olive Oil for pan

Mash salmon and add other ingredients. Form into patties. Fry on low heat in EVOO until brown and crispy on bottom. Serve on whole wheat hamburger bun with some mayonnaise and mustard. Throw in a thinly sliced tomato and some greens. Yum!
