1 c. dark chocolate chips or chunks
1/4 c. light olive oil
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. + 2 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp. coconut flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Melt chocolate and oil together. Add vanilla and sugar. Whisk in eggs.
Mix dry ingredients and stir in. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
